• Choice of either a timber or tin exterior finish. Painted / varnished both internal  and external
• Insulation throughout the walls, floor and roof
• Hand built single door with glass top. 2 x double glazed hardwood windows. You can again choose where you would like these windows positioned
• Flooring is standard tongue and groove wooden flooring. The walls are constructed from a moisture resistant board 
• Electrics, 2 x sockets and lights (1 x internal & 1 x external)
• Gutter and down-pipes
• Set of entrance steps

This is all included within the base price but we can use any materials of your choice.
